Pieces to Peace Healing co-creates calm, curious spaces where listening slows down, pressure eases, and your body and mind can finally relax enough to find clarity and direction again.

This work is shaped by over twenty years of lived experience, training, research, and holding groups in educational and community settings.

Meet Jacqui - The Founder

I’m Jacqui, a teacher shaped by over twenty years of lived experience, training, research, and study. I’ve spent much of that time noticing how often people - especially caring, sensitive and neurodivergent people - silence themselves or carry emotional labour just to keep groups functioning. Meanwhile, their own wellbeing suffers.

Influenced by Japanese language and culture, where listening and relational awareness matter deeply, my work now focuses on creating calm, receptive 1:1 and group spaces where people don’t have to manage themselves to belong, and where clarity can emerge naturally.

Whole Brain Activation

1:1 Sessions

These sessions offer a calm, receptive space to step out of overthinking and back into a fuller way of perceiving. Through gentle guidance, reflection, and imagination, we work with how the brain and nervous system function best, allowing feeling, intuition, and present-moment awareness to come back online alongside thinking.

People often come when they’re:

  • stuck in analysis

  • carrying too much emotional weight

  • sensing change but unsure how to move forward

The aim isn’t answers on demand, but relief, clarity, and a steadier inner compass.

Group Wellbeing Sessions

for Organisations

I work with organisations, colleges, charities, and community groups to create wellbeing spaces that don’t bypass discomfort or rely on a few people holding everything together. The focus is as much on how the group is held as on the content itself - pace, safety, voice, and emotional load all matter.

This work supports:

  • group leaders and coordinators

  • carers and support groups

  • teams navigating pressure or change

The intention is collective wellbeing — spaces where no one has to shrink for the group to function.
